Welcome to your Tenerife Budget Holiday Home! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our house rules and the services we offer.
Important information for a pleasant stay
- Please respect your neighbours and avoid excessive noise after 11 PM (23:00hrs).
- Bins are located in large public containers on the streets as per the photo below.
- Please do not invite stray animals into the apartments.
- Be aware that we are in a tropical climate, and insects such as ants and mosquitoes may be present at times.
- Remember the deposit we hold is against damages and/or loss of keys please be mindful of this. Don´t lose your keys or lock the door without taking the keys with you.

Services and amenities
We provide some basic cleaning products under the kitchen sink. Our apartments are self-catering, so there is no cleaning or linen service during your stay.
The accommodation is thoroughly prepared for your arrival and is visually inspected by yourselves before your occupancy.
At each check in our team go through the basic instructions for a smooth stay.
Everything is straight forward and is simply turn key for your home from home holiday.
